David H. Browne is a California Severance Lawyer employment admitted to practice in California, Washington D.C, and Florida. Since forming Browne Labor Law in 2012, Mr. Browne has particularly enjoyed providing legal advice to employees who have been presented with a severance agreements. Mr. Browne reviews severance agreements. He also helps clients negotiate for more severance pay. In addition to providing severance agreement legal services, Mr. Browne represents clients on a wide array of employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, overtime, meal and rest breaks, class actions, and whistleblower actions.

Before forming Browne Labor Law, Mr. Browne was an employment attorney for Wenzel, Fenton & Cabassa in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Browne received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from The George Washington University, with honors, where Mr. Browne graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned admission to the Phi Beta Kappa Society.

Mr. Browne is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the California Employment Lawyers Association and the State Bar of California’s Labor and Employment Law Section.
